Honda Atlas will officially introduce its new Honda City model in Pakistan in July.
Honda City will be available in five different variations, according to the latest updates. Two of them have a 1200cc engine, while the other three have a 1500cc engine. The 1.5L engine generates 118 horsepower and 145 pound-feet of torque. The 1.2L engine generates 89 horsepower and 114 pound-feet of torque. The first two is manual, while the remaining three are in C.
Honda opted to launch the GM6 City to Pakistan while Toyota Indus was working on the Yaris sedan in 2018/19. Honda had to step up their game after the success of the Yaris in the country. It will be interesting to see how City do in this heat now that market rivalry is at an all-time high, with other B-segment sedans like the Yaris, Alsvin, and SAGA in the race.
Honda has announced that advanced bookings for its City versions will begin on May 17 (today), much to the surprise of many. All it said was that advance bookings for the base City variant will start at Rs. 1 million and Rs. 1.2 million for the Aspire variants.
