Some customers have had their multimedia systems replaced under warranty, but others have been waiting for assistance for over two months. This negligence has prompted customers to voice their dissatisfaction on social media platforms like Facebook.
The general sentiment among customers is that they should not be experiencing such issues with a car priced at almost 10 million PKR. Honda Pakistan’s customer service team’s lack of responsiveness and the recurring problems with the car’s manufacturing severely impact the company’s reputation among its customer base.
