Shahid Khan Afridi, former all-rounder created buzz on social platform as he claimed that PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) leave their premium fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi all ‘alone’ during his rehab in London.
Shahid Afridi claimed “Shaheen went to England for rehabilitation at his own expense. I arranged him a doctor there and he contacted him. PCB is providing nothing to Shaheen.”
Upon which PCB chief Ramiz Raja cleared that they can’t even think to leave Shaheen ‘alone’.
He further stated that there must be some confusion and it need to be clear in order to avoid unnecessary controversy. PCB made efforts for Rizwan as he also got injured during previous T20 World Cup.
Moreover, he informed his fans that Shaheen moved to another place as he didn’t like the facilities. Shaheen departed from Dubai earlier because of some ticket issues. Further, he left one hotel because he didn’t like it.
He added further, “We didn’t leave our players alone. Ask our players, how much facilities they are getting. Not only international players, we are providing best facilities to our domestic players too.”
