I Will Always Remember My First Call to Join the Team: Babar Azam

Babar Azam says that there were some moments in this journey which were very difficult and painful. Whenever their bats were damaged, they used to fix them. He was so sad to hear the news of his death that he wanted to return home, but the father refused and said that you are playing for Pakistan so stay there.
When he first expressed his desire to buy a bat, his father said that there was no money, on this occasion the mother gave him the money she had to buy the bat, from which she bought the bat and the whole kit. Babar Azam says that his father’s role has been very important in his career.

He worked hard because he knew it would not be possible without a good performance. Babar Azam said that the journey of buses was fun, sometimes due to the rush, he used to save rent money and with this money he used to eat samosas.
