A 10-rupee cart was sold in black up to Rs 1400.
The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has not issued new notes, but illegal sale of new notes is going on in the rail market of Faisalabad.
An additional amount of Rs 400 is being charged for the sale of a cart of Rs 20 and Rs 350 on the sale of a cart of Rs 50.
The administration has also given a free hand to the illegal scavengers.
In this regard, citizens say that everyone has their own rate, they are taking 500 rupees extra.
