The premier has been at the forefront of some of the most important global issues, going from one of the most highly followed world leaders on social media to becoming one of the most powerful Muslim leaders in the world.
Together with the crown prince of Abu Dhabi, Mohamed Bin Zayed, and the prime minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern, the magazine included the Pakistani prime minister in its list of the “100 most influential people” for 2019.
The four-day annual WEF conference of influential people from around the world begins on Tuesday in the Swiss resort of Davos.
