India Has Not Gone to the IMF Since 1991 & How Many Time Have We Gone?, PM Shehbaz Sharif

In Islamabad, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, held a ceremony and appealed to everyone involved to come together and agree on unified plans for the country’s economy and democracy. He stressed that facing the challenges in Pakistan required everyone’s cooperation and resolving disagreements.

The Prime Minister expressed worry about Pakistan’s reliance on financial aid from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) despite having abundant mineral resources. He pointed out that neighboring India had not sought IMF assistance since 1991, and he believed that Pakistan could also achieve economic stability and growth through a united effort.

To achieve this, PM Shehbaz called for the creation of a charter of economy and democracy. This charter would aim to strengthen the country’s economy and set it on a path of sustainable growth. He urged all political parties to work together for the betterment of Pakistan, setting aside their differences for the greater good.

In summary, the Prime Minister urged everyone in Pakistan to unite under a charter of economy and democracy to overcome challenges, reduce dependence on IMF aid, and work towards a stronger and more stable economy for the country’s future prosperity.
