India wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant has been injured after crashing his car in the early hours of Friday morning near his hometown of Roorkee in Uttarakhand.
The Delhi Capitals – the IPL franchise the 25-year-old currently plies his trade for – confirmed the incident while detailing how he was receiving treatment in a hospital after his car collided into a barrier and caught fire.
As per the cricket news publisher, the cricketer was brought to Max Hospital at 6am (local time) on Friday morning, after being rushed to a hospital right after the crash.
