Indian extremists called for a boycott of the 2025 Champions Trophy in Pakistan

The International Cricket Council (ICC) Champions Trophy will be held in Pakistan in 2025, marking the first time the country has hosted an international event on its own turf in more than two decades.

Indian fundamentalists, on the other hand, have called for a boycott of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in Pakistan, citing their dissatisfaction with Pakistan’s hosting of the tournament.

Pakistan last hosted an ICC tournament in 1996, when they co-hosted the 50-over World Cup with India and Sri Lanka, but since the 2009 attack on the travelling Sri Lanka team bus in Lahore, the country has been mostly devoid of international cricket.
