Before the big India vs. Pakistan cricket match set for Sunday, Indian journalist Vikrant Gupta had a unique request for Pakistan’s captain, Babar Azam. After Azam’s impressive practice session in Sri Lanka, Gupta asked for his autographed bat, the one he uses in actual matches. Gupta mentioned that he’s never made such a request to Indian players like Virat Kohli before.
However, there’s a concern about heavy rain possibly affecting the remaining Asia Cup 2023 Super 4 matches in Colombo, Sri Lanka, including the India vs. Pakistan game on Sunday.
The weather forecast predicts daily thunderstorms in Colombo until September 17. If the final match on September 17 is also rained out, the trophy will be shared between the teams.
