Islamabad Chosen as Site for Pakistan’s First World-Class Wildlife Safari Park

Pakistan is taking a big step for wildlife conservation and tourism. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has chosen a 350-acre site at Malpur Forestry Park near Bara Kahu and Murree Road in Islamabad for the country’s first world-class wildlife safari park.

This exciting project will create natural-style habitats for animals. Plans include about 10 themed zones with around 3,605 animals. Visitors will enjoy safari rides, wildlife viewing areas, nature trails, and even a glass soft-wheel train. The park will mix fun with learning about biodiversity and protection of nature.

The safari park aims to become a top spot for families, students, and tourists from Pakistan and abroad. It will help people understand the importance of saving wild animals and their homes. By using the existing forest area, the project focuses on eco-friendly design that protects the environment.

Once finished, the park is expected to boost local tourism, create new jobs, and improve Pakistan’s image as a sustainable travel destination. It shows the government’s growing efforts for green development and wildlife safety for future generations.
