The Islamabad High Court has decided to temporarily lift the punishment for Imran Khan, who leads the PTI party, in the Tosha Khana case.After both sides presented their arguments in a petition filed by Imran Khan, the Islamabad High Court took some time to make a decision about putting his punishment on hold.
The Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court quickly stated that Imran Khan’s request to pause his punishment in the Tosha Khana case was accepted. As a result, the court has ordered that Imran Khan be released on bail.
The court let the PTI’s legal representatives know that the reasons behind this suspension of punishment will be explained in detail in a written judgment.
