Jamia Naeemia Issues Fatwa Against Ille_gal Overseas Travel Calls it Against Shariah

Jamia Naeemia in Lahore has issued a Fatwa against using illegal methods to travel abroad. The religious decree, signed by Dr. Mufti Raghib Hussain Naeemi and Mufti Imran Hanfi, states that such actions go against Islamic teachings and put lives at risk.

It strongly discourages any actions that endanger life, including suicide, and urges people to choose safe and legal ways for international travel.

The Fatwa also addresses agents who facilitate illegal travel. It declares it unlawful for them to charge fees for these services and calls on the government to introduce strict laws to stop individuals who exploit vulnerable people seeking better opportunities abroad.

This guidance aims to protect lives and prevent exploitation. It encourages citizens to follow ethical and legal practices while traveling and reminds everyone of their moral and religious responsibilities.

By taking this stance, Jamia Naeemia hopes to create awareness about the dangers of illegal travel and the importance of adhering to both Islamic values and national laws.
