Joseph Deen signed up for Team 33, one of the greatest competitive teams for games like Valorant and League of Legends, and became the world’s youngest esports professional player.
According to reports, the eight-year-old was promised a spot on the team as well as a $33K (about Rs5 million) sign-on bonus in exchange for his Fortnite abilities.
Despite his age, Deen has shown to be an excellent Fortnite gamer. Deen was awarded a $33k sign-up bonus by Team 33 co-founder Tyler Gallagher after he defeated another Team 33 member, whose identity is unknown, in a Fortnite match.
