Karachi could be fully submerged by 2060, according to warn exports

According to the British High Commission, some scientists have warned that if the current trend of rising sea levels continues, Karachi might be fully flooded by 2060.

‘This year’s temperatures in Karachi have already surpassed those of the previous 74 years, and property damage from coastal storm surges and rising sea levels is expected to climb tenfold by 2030,’ they warned.

“By the year 2100, 36 percent of the glaciers in the Hindu Kush and Himalayan ranges will have vanished due to rising temperatures. Because of the urgent circumstances, Pakistan, along with the rest of the world community, must respond quickly “, according to analysts.
