KPK Govt to Introduce Helicopter Service for Tourist

The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has announced several new initiatives to boost tourism and improve healthcare services. One of the major projects is the launch of a helicopter service for both national and international tourists.

Tourism Advisor Zahid Chanzeb explained that this service will initially start at tourist spots in Chitral and will later expand to other locations within the province. This new service aims to make it easier for tourists to visit remote and beautiful areas.

In addition, the Elite Adventure Theme Park has been inaugurated in Nithia Gali. This park offers a variety of activities, including eight outdoor and 40 indoor facilities, designed to attract and entertain tourists. This theme park is expected to become a popular destination for those seeking adventure and fun.

Efforts are also being made to improve amenities for tourists in areas such as Naran and Kaghan Valley. These regions are famous for their natural beauty, and the new facilities will help ensure that visitors have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

On the healthcare front, the KP government has decided to introduce an air ambulance service. This decision was made during a health department meeting chaired by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur. The air ambulance service will provide quick medical assistance in emergencies, particularly in remote areas.

The meeting also resulted in plans to establish motorbike response units equipped with modern medical equipment. These units will serve sparsely populated areas, ensuring faster response times and better access to urgent medical care.

Furthermore, Hayatabad has been designated as a Health Care City. This means that Hayatabad will become a central hub for advanced medical services and facilities, improving healthcare access for both residents and visitors.

To enhance healthcare delivery across the province, the government will also set up Health Information and Service Delivery Units in government hospitals. These units will ensure that patients receive timely and accurate information and services, improving the overall efficiency of healthcare in KP.

These initiatives by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government demonstrate a strong commitment to enhancing both tourism and healthcare, making the province a more attractive and healthier place for everyone.
