Honorable Court of Lahore Issued Stay Order Against Unauthorized Use of NIRALA Trademark in Pakistan

The Honorable Court, Lahore, has issued a stay order against the unauthorized use of the “NIRALA” trademark in Pakistan. Counterfeiters, including M/s Rafz Pvt Ltd and others, are now prohibited from using or selling fake “NIRALA” products at two locations: M.A. in Johar Town and in Packages Mall, Lahore.

The Honorable Court, Lahore, has issued a stay order against the unauthorized use and imitation of the “NIRALA” trademark in Pakistan. This order prohibits the counterfeiters from “selling products, displaying any similar or identical mark on their shops, marketing materials, or in any promotional activities in any manner whatsoever with the trademark “Nirala.”

Therefore, through this advertisement, all concerned businesspersons—particularly manufacturers, distributors, advertising agencies, property owners, and retailers—are hereby informed that any individual or entity found involved in the use, production, marketing, or sale of our client’s trademark “NIRALA” following the publication of this notice will face strict legal action. Our client will pursue civil and criminal cases, as well as claims for substantial damages in the relevant courts, with all associated responsibilities falling upon the offending parties.
