Lesco has put bahria Town electricity on hold after it failed to pay over Rs 600 million in dues

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (Iesco) has decided to keep Bahria Town’s electricity off for six hours every day since the housing society has not paid Rs608 million in electricity bills.

An Iesco statement said the load management on Tuesday (June 29) lasted from 3pm to 5pm and subsequently from 8pm to 10pm, referring to the interruption of electricity to Bahria Town.
