Pakistan has started exporting tractors to Tanzania, marking an important step in strengthening trade relations with East Africa. The first shipment of tractors has been successfully sent, thanks to the collaborative efforts of senior officials in Pakistan and the support of the Pakistani High Commission in Kenya. The Masai Trekta Company Ltd played a key role in facilitating this trade by opening a dedicated tractor distribution office in Tanzania.
Through this partnership, Masai Trekta will help distribute Pakistani-made ATS tractors throughout Tanzania and surrounding regions. This initiative is expected to broaden Pakistan’s export market, boost its economic influence in Africa, and bring growth opportunities for its agricultural machinery sector. With these exports, Pakistan aims to build a stronger presence in African markets, supporting local agricultural needs and promoting mutually beneficial economic ties with East African countries.
