Mark Zuckerberg Spends 60 Hours Weekly in Office, Wears Uniform to Free up Mental Space for Important Decisions

Mark Zuckerberg, the boss of Meta, is famous for being good at business and for having a strict routine that helps him focus and get things done.

Even though he’s in charge of a big tech company, has a family, and likes doing things like farming and jiu-jitsu, Zuckerberg sticks to a plan. He spends about 60 hours at work and uses methods to make decisions faster and do things more efficiently.

Zuckerberg starts his day at 8 a.m. by checking Facebook, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. This quick check helps him know what’s going on and what’s important.

After that, he makes time for exercise because he believes it helps him work better. He tries to work out three times a week, usually going for a run. Sometimes, he takes his dog, Beast, with him. This exercise not only keeps him healthy but also gives him energy for the day.

Then, Zuckerberg focuses on his job as CEO of Meta, spending around 50-60 hours every week on it. He’s really committed to Meta’s goal of connecting people around the world. Even when he’s not at the office, he’s still thinking about how to make things better for Meta’s users.
