Murree Witnessed Season’s First Snowfall

Murree saw its first snowfall of the winter season on Sunday, attracting many visitors from Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and nearby areas. Tourists flocked to the hill station to enjoy the snow and stunning views.

Families made the most of the beautiful weather, while local authorities worked quickly to clear the roads for safe travel. The Highway Department and other teams stayed busy around the clock to ensure traffic kept moving smoothly.

With more snowfall expected, the district administration has prepared for any challenges. They have put all departments on high alert to respond quickly to weather-related issues.

To assist tourists, 13 facilitation centers have been set up across Murree. These centers provide information and support to visitors. A control room is also monitoring road conditions using CCTV cameras to ensure everyone’s safety.

Salt has been spread on the roads to prevent ice from forming, reducing the risk of accidents. This has helped make the trip to Murree safe and enjoyable for tourists.

Murree’s snowfall not only created a magical winter experience but also highlighted the efforts of the administration to keep things running smoothly.

Visitors enjoyed the scenic beauty and snow-filled fun while feeling secure, thanks to the well-planned safety measures in place. This combination of natural charm and efficient management made Murree the perfect winter getaway.
