The headquarter of National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is in Islamabad, but it has its Regional Head offices (RHOs) in all the main cities in Pakistan. They offer pretty much the same service in all cities. The most pronounced service of NADRA includes making CNIC, updating address, voter registration, etc. In short, everything that is required by an individual to be classified as a citizen of Pakistan is done at Nadra.
About NADRA
The National Database Organisation (NDO), also known as NADRA, was established in 1998 and reports to the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan.
