Educational Background
Candidates applying for these roles must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
Professional Experience, Skills, and Competencies
For Assistant Director (Frontend Developer):
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Java and JSF Development, with a focus on Angular/React or AngularJS/ReactJS development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and the ability to write cross-browser compatible code. Experience with testing frameworks and Agile software development methodologies (such as Scrum, XP, Kanban) is essential. Expertise in JSP/Servlet, Web Services Security, and Test-Driven Development using JUnit or similar tools is required.
- Tools: Proficiency in Eclipse or equivalent modern IDE and Subversion is a must.
For Assistant Director (Backend Developer):
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Java Spring Boot, Spring Data ORM, Spring Cloud, Hibernate Cloud Services. Familiarity with databases like Oracle, Postgres, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB is necessary.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of testing frameworks and experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban) is required. Proficiency in Apache Tomcat, JSP, JSF, REST, SOAP, Web Services, and Test-Driven Development with JUnit or equivalent tools is essential.
- Tools: Proficiency in Eclipse or equivalent modern IDE and Subversion is required.
General Skills and Competencies for Both Positions:
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with code versioning tools and continuous integration.
Terms & Conditions
- The selected candidates will initially be hired on a contract for a period of five years, with the possibility of extension if required. The first six months will serve as a probation period.
- The management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.

- The mentioned age limit already includes a five-year relaxation.
- Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

- No travel or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for the test/interview.
- Candidates must present attested degrees from HEC at the time of the interview.
