More than 600 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders and former assembly members have been added to the nine-fly list, including former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
According to FIA sources, over 600 former assembly members and PTI officials, including Imran Khan, have been added to the no-fly list for their involvement in the May 9 arson and encirclement incidents.
According to sources, the names of PTI leaders have been added to the FIA’s Provincial National Identification List (PNIL) to prevent them from travelling abroad.
According to sources, Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi’s name has also been added to the no-fly list.
Murad Saeed, Malika Bukhari, Fawad Chaudhry, Hammad Azhar, Qasim Suri, Asad Qaiser, Yasmin Rashid, and Mian Aslam Iqbal are also on the list of nine flyers.
According to sources, in the last three days, some officials attempted to travel abroad. PTI members and officials attempting to travel abroad were detained at airports and sent by secret agencies.
