There have been 4,654 complaints concerning traffic management concerns received by the Pakistan Citizens Portal and the National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP), with 4476 handled so far.
According to a press release issued here on Friday, settled complaints make up 97 per cent of all complaints submitted to the portal.
Approximately half of the complainants were happy with the steps performed, the highest proportion of satisfaction among all Pakistani police units.
All of the complaints were handled correctly, and the necessary steps were taken to address the complainants’ concerns.
