Netflix, the popular streaming service, is planning to stop password sharing in India starting from July 20. This decision comes after they already put an end to password sharing in more than 100 countries back in May.
From now on, users can only share their passwords with people in their own households. If someone outside their household is using their account, they will have to create a new account and pay for it themselves.
This change has made many people on social media feel disappointed because sharing passwords has been a common thing to do. Some even made funny comments about starting a business or how it might affect their relationships.
