The Toyota Yaris arrived in Pakistan in 2020 and quickly took over the B-segment car market. Despite only delivering the fifth generation of the Honda City, which had long dominated this market, Honda City eventually overtook the most recent Toyota Yaris.
The C-segment Toyota Corolla is still the best-selling sedan in the nation, despite the fact that Yaris sales have cut Corolla sales in half and that 1.3L Corolla variants have been phased out in favor of the B-segment model.
