Infrastructure has been damaged in the several areas of Balochistan due to heavy rainfall. OGDCL, being a responsible firm, play a vital role in the form of extending relief to rain affected locals to alleviate their suffering to some extent.
Continuing the exemplary help in emergencies, natural catastrophes and disasters, in the wake of flood in July 2022 OGDCL played an exemplary role in giving immediate relief to affected ones. OGDCL has mobilised its own resources.
Rs. 20 million has been provided by OGDCL to DG PDMA Balochistan to flood affected people. Moreover, medicines of Rs. 2 million had also been delivered to district authorities of district Jhal Magsi.
However, a month back OGDCL had also provided medicines to authorities of district Dera Bugti for coping up with cholera outbreak.
