A survey conducted internally at Meta showed that only 26% of the employees expressed confidence in Mark Zuckerberg’s leadership.
This number is lower than the previous survey conducted in October 2022, which means that there has been a decline in employee satisfaction with his leadership.
It’s worth mentioning that the survey was conducted before Meta’s recent round of layoffs in May.
