Pakistan and Russia to enhance economic, trade ties, opening russian market for Pakistani companies.

The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) and the Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU), paving the way for more economic and commercial cooperation between the two countries.

Vice President Mikhail Kozlov represented Russia, while Mohsin Sheikh, Director and ex-chairman of the Pakistan-Russia Business Council, represented the FPCCI. Omar Khan, the Minister of Economic Affairs, was present for the signing of the deal on Thursday.

Ambassador of Pakistan in Russia Shafqat Ali Khan, Minister of Trade and Investment of the Embassy of Pakistan Nasir Hamid, representatives of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development Israfil R Ali-Khan, Nikita Buzanov, and other officials from both sides attended the signing ceremony, which was witnessed by Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Omar Ayub Khan.
