Pakistan can repay half of its foreign debt if the house held and jeweller’s gold got sold, claimed by Muzammil Aslam.
Muzammil Aslam tweeted, “Pakistan can repay half of its foreign debt through gold.”
He stated that if each Pakistani female has 10-gram gold on average, then Pakistan has 1200 tons of gold.With 5 gram average of 600 tons. With a 1 gram average of 120 tons. “Which number do you pick?”,
He elaborated further that around 40,000 jeweller shops are operating in Pakistan. If each shop has 1kg of gold then it’s estimated to have 40 tons of gold posses by Goldsmiths.
