Guinness World Book Record of an Indian has been broke by Pakistan’s Ahmed Safeer for throwing the most full extension punches in 60 seconds.
Ahmed by 301 punches in a minute surpassed from India’s N Narine who have a record of 269 punches.
Irfan Mehsud, who holds 58 Guinness World Records is the coach of Ahmed mixed martial artist.
Irfan posted a video on Twitter of both the strikers.
