Pakistan Cricketers Don’t Get Paid Enough: Zaka Ashraf

Zaka Ashraf, the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Management Committee, expressed his belief that the country’s cricketers are not adequately compensated. He made these comments while speaking to the media in Bahawalpur.

Ashraf also clarified that there are no internal conflicts within the Pakistan cricket team, which is currently participating in the ICC World Cup 2023 in India. He mentioned that reports of such conflicts are spread by individuals who are not supportive of Pakistan’s cricket.

It’s important to note that the PCB recently concluded successful negotiations for a three-year central contracts deal with its senior players. This agreement will be in effect from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2026.
