The Foreign Office confirmed the walkout, stating, “The Pakistani delegation, led by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, walked out as Isr*eli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu took the stage.”
Earlier in his speech, Prime Minister Sharif strongly condemned the ongoing violence in the Gaa Strip, referring to it as a “systematic slauhtr” by the Isreli military. He called for an immediate ceaefire, emphasizing the critical need for the international community to focus on the suffering of Palstinia*s. Sharif urged world leaders to recognize their moral responsibility in bringing an end to the violence.
His statements come at a time of heightened tensions, as the situation in Ga*a has resulted in numerous casualties and widespread destruction. The Pakistani Prime Minister stressed that a failure to act would only prolong the suffering of innocent people, calling for urgent global efforts to stop the bloodshed and restore peace in the region.
