Pakistani Enginering Firm “Nespak” Secures Project in Saudi Arabia’s Neom

A Pakistani company, National Engineering Services Pakistan (Nespak), has accomplished a significant feat by securing its first Neom project in Saudi Arabia. This achievement is noteworthy for the Pakistani firm.

The project primarily focuses on the energy sector and was awarded to Nespak by the Saudi Electric Company (SEC), demonstrating the company’s growing expertise in international engineering.

Nespak’s responsibilities involve supervising the construction management of projects related to Extra High Voltage (EHV), High Voltage (HV), and High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) in various Neom zones. The project has a budget of 46.5 million Saudi Riyals (approximately Rs3.794 billion) and is expected to be completed over a three-year period.

This success highlights Nespak’s technical capabilities and unwavering dedication. Established in 1973 under the auspices of the Pakistani government, Nespak aims to nurture engineering talent and achieve self-reliance in consultancy services. With a workforce of over 4,500 employees, the firm’s cumulative project cost exceeds USD 330 billion.
