Pakistani Man Reaches Madina by Bicycle in 85 Days to Perform Hajj

What cannot be achieved without passion?

It is the story of a young man who has reached Madinah Munawara on a bicycle after extensively travelling for 85 days to fulfil his utter desire to perform hajj.

A Pakistani aspirant, Saqib Rehman, with all his love and dedication, started his travels in the month of February and without letting down he reached his destination, Madina, in 85 days in the month of May.

Hajj, being the fifth pillar of Islam, is obligatory to be performed by every Muslim once in their lifetime, unless there is some valid reason for not performing it. Millions of Muslims from all over the world travel every year to Makah Muqarma during the month of Dhul-Hijjah to get the privilege to be called pilgrims and perform hajj with all their devotion.

Apart from all the others, Saqib Rehman dreamed of travelling to Medina on his bicycle and broke all the records of love and affection he had for his Rasool (PBUH) and Allah.

Saqib Rehman quoted that

“I felt very lucky and amused to see the beauty of my prophet’s (PBUH)city, Madinah, and couldn’t believe my eyes that I finally did it, and when I covered the distance of 4,000 Km in just 85 days , it was just like a dream come true feeling.”

He received a warm welcome from Saudi’s and Pakistanis, continued his journey to Makah on his bicycle and performed hajj. He stated that he had an incredible experience with beautiful memories.
