In Wednesday’s interbank market, the Pakistani rupee (PKR) fell by 1.39 rupees against the US dollar.
PKR depreciated 3.21 rupees versus the Euro in comparison to other major currencies, closing at 330.78 as opposed to the previous value of 327.57.
PKR has lost 18.45 rupees, or 6.06%, in value against the USD so far this fiscal year. While the PKR has lost 25.63%, or 78.01 rupees, in value this year.
The exchange rate was finished at PKR 304.445 per USD, up from the previous session’s closing rate of PKR 303.052.
