Pakistani currency continued to lose ground against US dollar in inter-bank market, plummeting a record Rs 240 against intraday trading, as per sources.
Local currency plunged by Rs 1.9 during intraday trading in the interbank market, as it closed on Rs 238.91 in its previous session, as per FAP (Forex Association of Pakistan)
However, rupee has continued its downward trend for the fourteenth consecutive day against US dollar.
Further, it was confirmed that the dollar was sell at Rs 241 by banks.
