A successful management buyout has taken place whereby the Co-Founder of HRSG BPO (Pvt.) Ltd. and HRSG BPO acquired the entire ownership interest and the “Decibel®” brand from HRSG Group.
Decibel HRMS, is Pakistan’s largest HR enterprise cloud with over 175,000 people connected, across 7 countries. Decibel’s full-stack service offering includes 15+ HR, talent management, accounting, and analytics modules provided to clients in a vendor managed solutions (VMS) or a software as a service (SaaS) based offering. The management buyout was backed by the Pakistan’s leading financial services conglomerate with participation from regional venture capital investors, following a period of sustained growth by HRSG BPO.
