Shahram defeated Raed Shabib from Iraq in the quarter-final, Joey USA’s Torres in the semi-final and India’s Ahmed Mustafa in the final by 3–1 to wrap up the Texas Open Snooker Championship 2023 title.
He demonstrated skills in the 9 Ball Pool as well and stood third.
