The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has established a telemedicine helpline for Palestinians who are injured or ill. Any such patient can register and seek treatment online at www.doctors247dotonline
Prof. Javed Akram, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Haifa, stated that he will meet with the Palestinian ambassador in Islamabad on Tuesday, and that he is in contact with the UN to access Gaza.
He also announced that the telemedicine helpline was established for the wounded and ailing people in Palestine, and that he will fly to Gaza with a medical mission and provide financial assistance to the Palestinians.
