Pakistan cricket team’s most cherished and successful captain, Babar Azam, will remain as the team captain till World Cup 2023. According to the sources, Najam Sethi (Chairman management committee), Haroon Rashid (Chief Selector), and Mickey Arthur (Coaching Director) took the decision unanimously.
Moreover, Babar Azam will keep the captaincy in all the series held before World Cup 2023, which is to be held in India. The run up to series includes test matches against Sri Lanka, Asia Cup, and 3 ODI matches against Afghanistan.
