Prime Minister Imran Khan congratulated the Muslim Ummah after the United Nations (UN) followed a landmark decision on Islamophobia introduced by way of Pakistan.
“I need to congratulate the Muslim Ummah today as our voice towards the rising tide of Islamophobia has been heard & the UN has followed a landmark decision introduced through Pakistan, on behalf of the OIC, designating 15 March as International Day to Combat Islamophobia,” Prime Minister Imran Khan stated in a Twitter message.
In another tweet, the most appropriate said, “Today, the UN has subsequently known the extreme dilemma confronting the whole world: Islamophobia, respect for non secular symbols and customs, and curtailing systematic hate speech and discrimination in opposition to Muslims.” The next tas could be to assure that this historic decision is carried out.”
