According to the official reports, about 1,083 projects with the worth of Rs340 billion have been registered recently with the FBR- Federal Board of Revenue along with other 292 tentative projects that are with an indicative investment of about Rs43bn under the Package of Construction Industry by the Prime Minister.
Reports highlighted that over 3,851 buyers had already shown their interest in purchasing of these properties by availing the tax incentives for construction sector till the date of 6th May.
However, the builders as well as the developers are required in order to get these registered on IRIS software or computer-based as of the FBR before June 30 of 2021. Moreover, it is stated projects should be completed right before Sept 30, 2023.
