The opening ceremony of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2021 will take place in Istanbul City in Turkey, as per sources.
Sources also said that the PSL 6 anthem singers, Naseebo Lal, Aima Baig and Young Stunners, will give a live performance of the song in Istanbul.
When approached for a comment on the development, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) neither denied the news nor verified it.
Further, sources said that since the area was designated as a bio-secure bubble, the opening ceremony will not be held at the National Stadium, where it was staged last year.
Sources also added that on 20th February, the recorded ceremony will air on television screens.
