Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz Launches Free 3-Marla Plots Scheme

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has introduced a new scheme to provide free three-marla plots to deserving and underprivileged individuals.

During her visit to Maskan-e-Ravi ‘Zahra Homes’ in Kala Shah Kaku, she launched the project and gave allotment letters and keys to 100 families. She expressed her happiness with the quality and facilities provided by the scheme after being briefed on the project’s details.

The Maskan Ravi Housing Scheme is a joint initiative between RUDA and EPS Solutions Pakistan. It offers homes of 400 square feet that are built with earthquake-resistant materials, energy-efficient designs, and a 5 kW solar power system. The scheme is designed to provide residents with a comfortable and sustainable living environment.

The development also includes essential amenities such as a school, mosque, playground, dispensary, and clean drinking water supplied through an RO plant.

This project aims to improve the lives of people from low-income backgrounds by providing them with affordable housing and essential services.

Maryam Nawaz’s initiative reflects the government’s commitment to improving the living conditions of underprivileged communities and providing them with better access to basic services.

The Maskan Ravi Housing Scheme is an important step towards addressing housing shortages and improving quality of life in Punjab.
