Dr. Usman Anwar, the Inspector General of the Punjab Police, has stated that the Punjab Police will not only assure the greatest degree of collaboration in the training of the Iraqi police force but will also offer the greatest degree of support to boost their effectiveness.
In order to establish tight collaboration and information sharing in this respect, IG Punjab asked the Additional IG Training to share recruitment courses, capacity-building programs, and other police force training courses with the Iraqi delegation.
According to Dr. Usman Anwar, the Punjab Police also manages traffic, secures important locations, and guards foreigners in addition to protecting the lives and property of its inhabitants.
