Queen Elizabeth II left a secret letter for the residents of Sydney, Australia with a condition that it won’t be opened till year 2085.
Queen, who died recently at the age of 96, celebrate the restoration of the city’s Queen Victoria Building in 1986.
The edifice was built in 1898 and is known after the queen’s great-great grandmother Victoria, is one of Sydney’s most famous structures, situated in the main of the city’s downtown.
Moreover, the penned letter is followed by the condition for Sydney’s lord mayor.
Letter was enveloped stating “On a suitable day to be selected by you in the year 2085 AD, would you please open this envelope and convey to the citizens of Sydney my message to them.”
