There are many utensils used in the kitchen for cooking, but often there is something in them for which we do not know the purpose.
It may be hard to believe, but most people do not know the purpose of the holes made on the handles of pans and frying pans in the kitchen.

If you don’t know, that hole is for holding a spoon used for cooking in a pan or frying pan.

Use a spoon to stick it into the hole in the end of the pot and the curry or other contents will drip right back into the pan or frying pan.
This way there is no need to leave the plastic spoon in the pan.
