realme, the world’s fifth-largest Android smartphone manufacturer, has maintained its rapid rise in 5G smartphones.
According to the most recent Counterpoint Research statistics, realme was the fastest-growing 5G Android smartphone brand in the third quarter of 2018, with strong growth in Pakistan, India, China, and Europe.
realme was able to outpace the market by increasing sales of 5G cellphones by 831 percent year over year, compared to a global growth rate of 121 percent.
According to September Counterpoint Research statistics, the three-year-old startup has been named the third 5G smartphone brand in emerging countries, with its 5G share climbing to 15.5 percent in Q2, 2021.
